The owners have renovated the old family chalet, complete with a stable and barn. They have preserved the external walls in valley stone and lime, a testimony to the past, and used traditional materials for construction. The apartments interpret the alpine style in a modern and minimalist way: the interiors are bright, and the decor is simple and linear, with the warm presence of brushed wood with a natural effect… a feast for the eyes.
Speaking of nature, the apartments utilize renewable sources for their energy consumption: a photovoltaic system with storage and a biomass thermal power plant.
The "Zefiro" apartment located on two levels, is composed of two double bedrooms, one with a bathtub, a single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, open space living room with dining area and fireplace, sofa, balcony, 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet, laundry space, satellite TV, safe and infrared sauna; on the ground floor it has an external solarium, direct access to the garden and a splendid view of the mountains.
