The strong point of this house is certainly its enviable position: it overlooks via Isola and has a magnificent view of the central plain of the Livigno valley, therefore the cross-country ski trails are right in front of the house, mountains and meadows can be admire from the large windows of the living room and that's not all... at the back of the house, just a few steps away there are ski lifts for alpine ski / snowboard lovers, as well as the main shopping streets with numerous shops, restaurants, pizzerias , sports equipment rentals, etc. Impossible to ask for more!
The apartment we offer is a three-room apartment on the first floor and is composed as follows:
- a bright living room with large sofa, TV corner and well-equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle and coffee maker
- two cozy bedrooms with double bed (on request it can be divided into two single beds)
- a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine and large shower
- terrace equipped with table and chairs to be able to stay outdoors on hot days
The house has private parking and ski deposit.
