The owners have renovated the old family chalet. They have preserved the external walls in valley stone and lime, a testimony to the past, and used traditional materials for construction. The apartments interpret the alpine style in a modern and minimalist way: the interiors are bright, and the decor is simple and linear, with the warm presence of brushed wood with a natural effect... just stunning. Speaking of nature, the apartments utilize renewable sources for their energy consumption: a photovoltaic system with storage and a biomass thermal power plant.

The "Grecale" apartment is located on the first floor and it boasts a large window overlooking the surrounding forest. This modern two-room apartment, furnished with natural materials, consists of a double bedroom, an open-space living room with dining area, sofa bed, satellite TV, a safe, a bathroom with shower, sink, wc, bidet and an infrared sauna. The kitchen is well-equipped: induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster, and a Moka pot.

The house has private parking and a ski deposit.
