Speaking of nature, the apartments utilize renewable sources for their energy consumption: a photovoltaic system with storage and a biomass thermal power plant.

This modern two-room apartment, furnished with natural materials, consists of a double bedroom, an open-space living room with dining area, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, sink, wc, bidet, satellite TV and a safe. The kitchen is well-equipped: induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster, and a Moka pot.
